Meet Sarah

Originally from France, I have been living in Australia for the past six years.

My past professions in the Humanitarian and Disability/Aged-Care worlds led me to travel the world.

Australia has captured my heart and I find deep comfort in the Adelaide Hills, where I am located.

I am a soft, caring, and warm soul. I love existentialism, reflecting deeply, the arts of writing, and poetry.

I experience intense feelings, (dis)comfort and peacefulness in Nature.

With a gentle and empathic approach, I aim to share authentically and vulnerably my life experiences and worldviews in this safe space.

Being with and walking alongside people on their healing journey, online and out in the natural world, is what I am offering.

What Does Therapy Mean?

  • Balance

The idea of finding the perfect balance is a myth.

In psychotherapy, we strive for homeostasis and a sense of inner peace. Realistic balance comes from embracing and integrating life's inevitable challenges and imperfections.

  • Change

You can be the master of change and transformation. Through experiences of awakening and self-realization, you'll gain the ability to navigate and shape change in your daily life. With openness and awareness, you can integrate profound changes within yourself.

You can embody a more authentic and evolved version of who you are.

  • Cycles

As a part of nature, therapy helps you embrace its natural rhythms and cycles. It guides you in accepting chaos, disorder, and discomfort as essential aspects of transformation. Just as seasons bring both destruction and renewal, therapy acknowledges that sometimes dismantling is necessary for rebuilding.

Therapy is a journey through seasons of growth and change.

  • Mindfulness

Psychotherapy is a gradual and intentional process that thrives on deep grounding, care, and nervous system regulation. It involves careful attention to observation, active listening, stillness, contemplation, and the art of noticing the now.

    Therapy is mindful work.

  • Nature

You are intrinsically connected to nature. Your journey is one of exploring yourself and healing in harmony with the natural world. The wisdom of Mother Earth supports and guides you towards healing.

Ecotherapy is rooted in these nature-based approaches, drawing on the profound intelligence of the environment to facilitate your personal transformation. You are nature.

  • Processes

Psychotherapy can be a challenging and uncomfortable process. It is a slow, confusing, and occasionally painful work. It is a journey of organizing the mind and reconnecting with both the self and nature.

Therapy fosters healing and growth, and embraces the deep and transformative work of the soul.

  • Reconnection

The therapeutic journey is a profound reconnection.

One that brings you back to yourself, exploring all the layers and dimensions of who you are. It involves deepening your connection with your higher and truer self, as well as rediscovering your bond with your Home - the natural world around & within You.

  • Relationships

Walking the Therapeutic Path is Mastering Relationships and Communication.

Through the therapeutic encounter, we will enhance your ability to connect with others through genuine communication and empathy. Our focus will be on forming, maintaining, and enriching relationships with individuals and groups, as well as strengthening your connections with yourself, nature, animals, and the environment.

  • Spirituality

Therapy can be like embarking on a journey to reconnect with your deeper, darker and higher Self. We can explore and embrace the unknown, the invisible, and the intangible together. Therapy is not just a process of healing. It's a spiritual journey in itself.

This moment.

“Embrace the beauty and wonder of this precious little moment - there is so much here just for you, my beautiful friend.

There is light tucked in the corners all around you just waiting for you to discover it. There is magic in this little moment. `

There are endless possibilities for what you can do. There is life flowing through you and extending out into the world all around you. Embrace this beautiful moment for all that it is.

Embrace who you are right now entirely. Embrace both the things you love about yourself and the things that you wish you could change most.

Embrace it all because it is all you.

Embrace the challenges you are facing right now. They mean that you are striving and growing.

Set down yesterday and do not pick up tomorrow yet, and instead, embrace everything already here for you, today.”
