About Sarah
Originally from France, this life has been one of exploration, connections, and healing. Since 2015, I have worked internationally in the fields of humanitarian aid, social work, disability, and aged care. I had the privilege to witness the incredible resilience of people and the diversity of the natural world.
Exploring the world is a passion that shaped who I am— Immersing myself in different cultures, being challenged and moved, meeting people from all walks of life, and experiencing the unique essence of each place. Each country has been rich with stories and teachings that inform my whole self.
I am a warm, empathetic soul who loves existential reflections and creative expressions. Movement is an essential part of my life. Whether it’s running through a forest trail, stretching in the morning sun, or simply feeling the earth beneath my feet, I feel free, alive, and in tune with my body.
In 2018, I landed in Australia. The Adelaide Hills offer me a sense of grounding and connection. The natural world is a sanctuary, a gift and an inspiration
I am now an eco-counsellor, primarily trained in France and Australia.
