Offerings

Nature-based therapy for support, clarity, and reconnection.

  • Forest Bathing is a Japanese practice held in the magical Kuitpo Forest, South Australia.

This nature-based practice offers soft and slow ways to calm the mind, ease stress, ground the body and nurture emotional well-being. By slowing down and engaging your senses, we invite mindfulness, creativity, and deep relaxation into your body. We foster clarity, peace, and explore senses of belonging.

  • I offer 1:1 ecotherapy, outdoor therapy (also called “Walk’n’Talk Therapy”). Psychotherapy is combined with movements. Together, we aim to meet you where you are, deepening self-exploration, reducing symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression, and fostering alignment thanks to mindful and nature-based practices.

I also offer online therapy worldwide, in French or English.

Meet Sarah

Originally from France, my calling has taken me across the Earth.

Since 2015, I’ve worked in France and internationally in humanitarian aid and social work, the disability and aged care sectors.

I am now a person-centred, inclusive and trauma-informed counsellor, forest bathing practitioner, ecotherapist, and nature guide.

I create safe, slow and sacred spaces for you to reconnect with Nature.

What is Ecotherapy?

  • Nature

You are intrinsically connected to nature. The wisdom of Mother Earth guides you towards exploring, healing, and growing. You are nature.

  • Mindfulness

Ecotherapy is a slow and intentional process that calls on deep grounding, care and nervous system regulation. It involves being in the here and now, active listening, stillness, contemplation, and the art of noticing.

  • Cycles

Nature teaches us to embrace rhythms and cycles. We guide you in accepting chaos, disorder, and discomfort as essential aspects of being. We learn to embrace both destruction and renewal, necessary for rebuilding.

  • Reconnection

Ecotherapy is a profound invitation to reconnection.

One that brings you back to yourself. Exploring all the parts and layers of who you are. It involves deepening and discovering your connection with your sacred, wilder self through your bond with the natural world.

  • Soul Work

Therapy can support you in reconnecting with your deeper, darker, wild, sacred and brighter Self. We learn how to embrace the unknown, the invisible, the intangible. Therapy is soul work and can also be a spiritual quest.

  • Discomfort

Therapy can be a challenging, deep, occasionally painful and uncomfortable process. Re-organising the mind, and reconnecting humans with thyself and nature can be a slow and confusing process.

  • Balance

The idea of finding the perfect balance is a myth. Realistic balance comes from experiencing, embracing inevitable challenges and imperfections, and inner peace.

  • Relationships

Therapy is also learning to master Relationships and Communication.

We focus on forming, maintaining, and enriching relationships with yourself, others, animals, and the more-than-human-world.

  • Change

Change is inevitable. We learn to navigate and integrate change with acceptance; openess and awareness, stepping into a more authentic and empowered version of yourself.

Clients Testimonials

“I did a workshop with Sarah and instantly felt welcomed, understood, and completely at ease around her. She created such a safe and warm space it’s hard to even put into words how I felt afterwards. There was something so grounding, gentle, and real about her presence. I left feeling deeply moved and grateful.
I’ll definitely be coming back and I recommend her 100%. Thank you, Sarah”

“Sarah provides a beautiful experience with nature, poetry, meditation and personal sharing, that allows you to connect back to nature. This was a very grounding and aligning session for me and I look forward to meeting with Sarah for more!”

“I attended a workshop with Sarah, who is a very attentive, caring, and thoughtful person, and who gives excellent advice. I also had the opportunity to work with her, and I can say that she is professional, knows what she wants, knows where she's going, and is truly inspiring. I highly recommend her.”

“Sarah allowed me to truly slow down and recentre myself during the retreat held in France this September.
I joined this retreat to give myself the gift of slowing down to step away from my usual life, from work and family, so I could breathe and gain perspective. Another intention was to meet other humans who are sensitive to nature and introspection, and I was well served in that regard. The place itself, and the surrounding nature offered me the outer and inner calm I had been seeking.
The people present deeply enriched me over those 48 hours, and staying in touch from afar fills me with joy for future meetings and collaborations. This retreat was, for me, a reconnection with my body, and the various workshops, guided within a safe and nurturing space, allowed that to happen. I also regained confidence and motivation to carry forward my current professional projects.”

“Sarah holds beautiful space, she puts her heart in her crafts. She's able to weave magic into the simplicity of things. Highly recommend! Forest bathing very underrated”
