Forest Bathing (“Shinrin-Yoku), an ancient Japanese practice, is the art of slowing down and immersing yourself in the atmosphere of the forest. Sessions are held monthly in the magical Kuitpo Forest, South Australia.
This nature-based practice offers soft and slow ways to calm the mind, ease stress, ground the body and nurture emotional well-being. By slowing down and engaging your senses, we invite mindfulness, creativity, and deep relaxation into your body. We foster clarity, peace, and explore senses of belonging.

I offer 1:1 ecotherapy, outdoor therapy (“Walk’n’Talk Therapy”) in the Adelaide Hills, in the Kuitpo Forest, Laratinga Wetlands in Mount Barker, or the Adelaide Botanic Gardens.
Psychotherapy is combined with movements. Together, we aim to meet you where you are, deepening self-exploration, reducing symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression, and fostering alignment thanks to mindful and nature-based practices.
I also offer online psychotherapy worldwide, in French or English.

Meet Sarah
Originally from France, my calling has taken me across the Earth. Since 2015, I’ve worked in France and overseas as a humanitarian project manager, social worker, in different fields e.g. emergency, education, disability, aged care, and psychotherapy.
I am now an ecotherapist, person-centred, holistic and trauma-informed counsellor, forest bathing practitioner, and nature retreats facilitator.
I create safe and sacred spaces for humans to pause, notice and reconnect with Gaia.
Clients Testimonials
“I did a workshop with Sarah and instantly felt welcomed, understood, and completely at ease around her. She created such a safe and warm space it’s hard to even put into words how I felt afterwards. There was something so grounding, gentle, and real about her presence. I left feeling deeply moved and grateful.
I’ll definitely be coming back and I recommend her 100%. Thank you, Sarah”
“Sarah provides a beautiful experience with nature, poetry, meditation and personal sharing, that allows you to connect back to nature. This was a very grounding and aligning session for me and I look forward to meeting with Sarah for more!”
“I attended a workshop with Sarah, who is a very attentive, caring, and thoughtful person, and who gives excellent advice. I also had the opportunity to work with her, and I can say that she is professional, knows what she wants, knows where she's going, and is truly inspiring. I highly recommend her.”
“Sarah allowed me to truly slow down and recentre myself during the retreat held in France this September. I joined this retreat to give myself the gift of slowing down to step away from my usual life, from work and family, so I could breathe and gain perspective. Another intention was to meet other humans who are sensitive to nature and introspection, and I was well served in that regard. The place itself, and the surrounding nature offered me the outer and inner calm I had been seeking. The people present deeply enriched me over those 48 hours, and staying in touch from afar fills me with joy for future meetings and collaborations. This retreat was, for me, a reconnection with my body, and the various workshops, guided within a safe and nurturing space, allowed that to happen. I also regained confidence and motivation to carry forward my current professional projects.”
“Sarah holds beautiful space, she puts her heart in her crafts. She's able to weave magic into the simplicity of things. Highly recommend! Forest bathing very underrated”
