The Present Moment - Louise Hay
My own therapy journey started almost then years ago, a long time before deciding to complete a Bachelor in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Back then, I was reading Louise Hay, a soulful healer and counsellor. She taught me through her writing how to use and implement affirmations and healing mantras. I slowly loved the process and introduced them in my daily routine. “The present moment” is a great book to start with as it includes 365 daily affirmations. Very easy to read and go through at your own pace - one affirmation per day.
