Shinrin-yoku
“Forest Therapy” or “Forest Bathing” or “Shinrin-yoku” is a nature-based practice, from Japan.
Forest Bathing aims to reduce stress and promote overall physical and mental well-being. It aims to slow down and come back to your own forest. It promotes a deeper level of healing outside, in the natural world.
It helps to connect to the natural world and deepen the therapeutic work.
The forest becomes your therapist.
