#10 - My Calling & Offerings

Dear community,

I wanted to dedicate another article to who I am but in a shorter and simplier way.

This article includes:

  • A summary of who I am

  • My offerings to You.

First of all, I am a Human BEING

My name is Sarah.

I am an explorer, holistic counsellor, and ecotherapist. 

Above all, I am an explorer—of myself and the world - in and with Mother Earth.  

My path has led me through different challenges:  

- Listening to the harsh voices inside my head  

- Trying to meet my family's expectations  

- Overstudying and losing myself in academia  

- Surviving abusive love relationships  

- Forgetting who I truly am  

- Mental suffering

- Not following my soul's path  

That was enough. 

In 2015, I understood that "being with" people is my life's passion. 

In 2017, I left my home country for good.  

On my adventures, I’ve been with:  

- Elderly Muslim women in Indonesia  

- The French army as a humanitarian worker  

- Children who had to be sex workers to survive in Cambodia  

- Asylum seekers and refugees from Africa  

- Thousands of travellers, hikers, drivers, hitchhikers—barefoot, in mountain shoes

I spoke French, English, Indonesian, Italian, Spanish, with my hands, and with my heart.  

Working and exploring the world was not enough. The work had to go inward too.  

In 2019, I began deep, personal therapy. Four years of therapy and additional training later, my calling became clear: I want to be a therapist.  

In 2025, Sarah Frustié Therapy is now open and ready to welcome you.  

Through sharing my stories, I hope to raise awareness and encourage you to follow your soul's path—your natural self—despite grief and life's challenges.  

I am here to support you if/when you are:

  • Willing to explore and reconnect your most natural, wild and authentic self

  • Wanting to connect with the natural world.

  • Navigating grief, loss, change and life transitions.

  • Seeking calm and peace in a fast-paced, overwhelming world.

  • Exploring your creativity, passions, and playfulness.

  • Overcoming feelings of disconnection, loneliness, or uncertainty.

  • Deepening self-awareness and understanding your emotions.

  • Building resilience

  • Practising mindfulness

  • Finding meaning in challenging times.

  • Strengthening relationships with yourself, others, and Mother Earth.

  • Exploring a sense of belonging.

Wherever you are on your life path and whatever challenges you wish to explore,

I am here to walk alongside you. So is the Earth.

You are alive. 

You are in the here and now. 

Life is an exploration!

So is therapy.
